Nick was elected to the position of Mayor in 2019 and again in 2021. He is currently serving a two-year term. He also serves as Casey's representative on the Emergency Management Commission, as a member of the CWT Fireman's Board, an Executive Committee Member for the Adair County Landfill, and on both Conference Board for Adair and Guthrie Counties. Prior to being elected mayor, he served a four-year term on our City Council, having been elected in November 2015. He's worked for the former Speaker and Majority Leader of the Iowa House of Representatives, and he is a 2015 graduate of Adair-Casey High School.

Leland was elected to our City Council in November of 2019. He is serving a four-year term and has served as the Mayor Pro Tem since January 2020.

Rick Richter was re-elected to our City Council in November of 2021. He is currently serving a four-year term. He has served previously on the City Council, and he is a fireman for the CWT Fire Association.

Bret was elected to his second term on our City Council in November of 2019. He is currently serving a four-year term.

Theresa is serving her first term on our City Council, having been elected to a four-year term in November of 2021.

Rick Blake was appointed in January 2022 to fill a vacancy on our City Council caused by Steve Nolte's resignation. He will serve until the next regular election in 2023.
